Berenice has a Certificate III and Certificate IV in fitness and currently she is studying her Certificate IV in Weight Management. She is looking forward to helping people reach their fitness and nutrition goals.
She has been passionate about health and fitness for more than 10 years. She enjoys weight training at the gym. She has participated in a couple of bodybuilding competitions. She won the 5th place ICN Swimsuit model (2019). Also, she has been awarded the category of Miss Transformation at the pageant event MissFitBikiniModel FBME 2021 at the Gold Coast.
Berenice has BEng in Biotechnology, Master’s in business and a Master in International Business, she also has a Diploma in Food Science and she completed her PhD Applied Sciences in the areas of Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Genomics and Molecular Biology at the University of Canberra in October 2019.

-mSwing certification
-GymStick certification
-Memory Through Movement
She also has a current First aid and CPR course and it is registered as a fitness professional in Fitness Australia
